Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Database Management, Design, and Programming.
• Experience with API integrations linking FileMaker/Claris to third-party services (e.g., AI APIs).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain data integrity in large relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage relational database structures and workflows using the Claris FileMaker Platform.
• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing database solutions for performance and accuracy.
• Audit and validate data with meticulous attention to detail to ensure database integrity.
• Document database structures, processes, and procedures for end-user instruction.
• Maintain clean, well-organized data and code following database management best practices.
• Learn and assist with the management of Claris Servers.
• Build and maintain API integrations to connect FileMaker/Claris with third-party systems.
• Explore AI-powered tools to improve development speed, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI and API-based integrations.
