Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in MS SQL Server and DB2 on z OS.
• Expertise in TSQL, Stored Procedure, Functions, Triggers, Views, Indexes, and Packages.
• Database performance tuning, query optimization, locking, deadlock, and concurrency troubleshooting.
• Experience with ETL, Data Migration, Data Integration, and HCM Extract.
• Knowledge of ARCHIVING, retention, purge, and deletion processes.
• Database security, backup/recovery, replication, and Disaster Recovery.

About Position

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in SQL Server and IBM DB2. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in TSQL, Performance Tuning, ETL, ARCHIVING, and Database Lifecycle Management. This role will support BigID onboarding, data governance, retention, archival, and deletion initiatives across enterprise healthcare systems.
