• Optimize performancethrough query tuning, indexing, and resource management.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliancewith industry best practices.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster mitigationstrategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps & development teamsto streamline database operations.
• Lead database migrations & upgradeswith minimal downtime.

• Expertise inSQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge ofcloud databases(AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).
• Experience withperformance tuning, replication, and clustering.
• Familiarity withETL, data warehousing, and BI toolsis a plus.
• Certifications (OCP, MCSA, AWS Certified DBA)are highly valued.
