Job summary
BHG Financial is seeking a seasoned Database Administrator to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing database environments across Azure and on-premises platforms. You will optimize SQL Server and MongoDB performance, implement high availability and disaster recovery, and strengthen security and compliance in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifications
- Must have 8+ years of SQL Server DBA experience including 3+ years with MongoDB.
- Proficient in Azure SQL Database/SQL Managed Instance administration.
- Strong MongoDB Atlas expertise and security configuration.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize SQL Server on-premises and Azure environments.
- Manage MongoDB Atlas clusters, backups, replication, and performance.
- Design HA/DR using Azure SQL Failover Groups and cross-platform replication.
- Lead database security initiatives: RBAC, encryption, auditing for regulations.
- Automate tasks via T-SQL and PowerShell.
- Monitor, alert, and optimize performance; support migrations.
