Job summary

VDA Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to optimize data workflow schedules and ensure timely data availability across cross-functional teams.

You will monitor, adjust, and document job schedules to meet business deadlines and maintain high data quality. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ETL concepts, scheduling tools, and strong communication skills to coordinate with IT, data engineering, and business units.

Qualifications

Proven experience with data workflow scheduling tools or platforms.
Strong understanding of data processing and ETL concepts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and resolve scheduling issues efficiently.
Effective communication to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain data workflow schedules using scheduling tools.
Monitor scheduled jobs and workflows to ensure successful execution and timely completion.
Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to understand scheduling requirements and adjust workflows accordingly.
Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts, failures, or delays promptly to minimize impact.
Document scheduling processes, changes, and incidents to for clear communication and continuous improvement.
