3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Manager focused on Data Warehouse testing to establish a robust QA strategy in a remote, East-Coast aligned role.

You will lead a small nearshore QA team, drive process improvements, and Hands-on testing with Python, SQL, and Playwright to validate data pipelines and reporting. This role blends strategic leadership with technical execution in a modern Azure/Databricks environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong experience with data warehouse testing, ETL/ELT validation, data quality assurance.
• Proven ability to establish QA strategies and improve QA functions.
• Experience mentoring distributed nearshore/offshore QA teams.
• Hands-on SQL experience with data reconciliation and validation.
• Proficiency in Python and Pytest for test automation.
• Experience developing automated testing frameworks and API/web testing.
• UI automation with Playwright; CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts across the Data Warehouse team to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and execute testing strategies for ETL/ELT processes, Databricks notebooks, and data pipelines.
• Design and automate data validation frameworks including reconciliation and data quality checks.
• Validate Databricks jobs, pipelines, Unity Catalog, and related data workflows.
• Use SQL and Python to build automated testing solutions and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure release readiness and quality metrics.
