Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Manager to oversee the IA&R data warehouse roadmap, analytics, and AI-enabled data services.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, lead multi-team collaboration, and drive UAT, change management, and documentation. You will mentor staff, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate complex data migrations while upholding governance and quality standards across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data, finance, information systems, or computer science.
5+ years’ experience leading data warehouse or BI delivery, ideally in real estate, investment management or financial services.
Strong working knowledge of Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
Strong business analysis skills: gathering requirements, writing specifications and running UAT.
Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology functions.
People leadership experience, including setting priorities and developing team members.
Experience in Agile delivery model and global teams.
Hands-on SQL and data modelling, including dimensional models.
Familiarity with data governance tooling like Collibra and Soda.

Responsibilities

Own the IA&R Snowflake Data Warehouse roadmap and delivery priorities.
Define data services: reporting, analytics, data deliveries, connectivity, and AI use cases.
Lead requirements analysis across IA&R stakeholders and translate to technical specs.
Plan and run UAT for new data models, pipelines and datasets.
Lead data change management: communication, adoption planning, release coordination.
Partner with Data Governance and Data Quality to keep data defined and trusted.
Own warehouse documentation: data models, mappings, definitions, and flows.
Design and deliver training on the warehouse and connected platforms.
Provide market analysis and consultancy, including AI initiatives support.
Set priorities and quality standards, coordinate cross-team delivery.
Work in global Agile delivery model across time zones.
Supervise staff, train, evaluate, and hire as needed.
Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Mentor staff and drive performance reviews.
Resolve complex technical and system issues and document resolutions.
Assist with complex migrations and upgrades for new clients.
