Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Data infrastructure & technology leader to oversee a large data warehouse build-out in Addison, TX. You will guide architecture, strategy, and stakeholder relationships while balancing legacy systems with a greenfield Snowflake deployment.

This hybrid role expects 10+ years in data infrastructure and 4+ years in management, with hands-on architecture and governance responsibilities across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of experience in Data infrastructure.
• 4+ Years of management/leadership.
• Experience with Snowflake, data warehousing, ingestion pipelines/ETL.
