Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Risk, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Use Governance, data-sharing governance, or data‑consumption governance.
• Experience evaluating business use cases and determining data, sourcing, approvals, metadata, control, and evidence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Use Governance requests through intake, review, approvals, agreement creation, publication, tracking, and maintenance.
• Evaluate data use requests to ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, regulatory, and risk requirements.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with Data Owners, Data Custodians, Risk, Security, Privacy, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve incomplete or noncompliant requests while maintaining governance records and documentation.
• Support metadata management, including catalogs, lineage, dictionaries, glossaries, and registry records.
