Bank of America seeks a Data Risk Program Analyst to strengthen data governance and drive regulatory adherence within GCIB. You will partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to enhance data architecture, manage incidents, and support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in data risk programs or similar roles.
• Experience in policy/standards adherence or data management.
• Strong teamwork and results-driven attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment.
• Familiarity with GCIB business and products; ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute data program deliverables with speed, accuracy, and alignment to objectives.
• Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders; track governance metrics.
• Document and sustain data program implementations with clear evidence of execution.
• Engage stakeholders regularly to review GCIB data risk areas and controls.
• Participate in audits, regulatory exams, and target assessments.
• Develop and review GCIB processes to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with GCIB product areas for consensus on implementation approaches.
• Escalate risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigations.
