Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Owner to lead the development and delivery of clients’ data products and data ecosystems. You will manage large transformation programs, align business value with technical feasibility, and drive data-driven decisions through agile delivery leadership.

You will partner with architects and executives, own ROI, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver measurable client outcomes, using AI-powered tools to boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, product management, or delivery leadership.
• Deep proficiency with data products, analytics platforms, and data transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and data-focused workstreams within programs.
• Own scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and ROI to ensure profitable outcomes.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating capabilities into business value.
• Drive delivery growth through trusted client relationships and measurable outcomes.
• Coach and enable high-performing, self-organizing agile teams.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline delivery and surface insights.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and manage risks and issues to resolution.
