Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data Delivery Owner to lead data product programs, data ecosystems, and data transformation initiatives for client engagements. You will manage large-scale delivery programs, balance business needs with technical feasibility, and drive data-driven decision making across teams.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on delivery using Agile practices to unlock value from clients' data assets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, product management, or data delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with data platforms including data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT patterns, and modern data stack technologies.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and transformation programs, owning scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Serve as primary solution and delivery owner, aligning business value with technical feasibility and architectural standards.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value and manage expectations across scope, timelines, and resources.
