Job summary

Mars seeks a Senior Manager, Data & Technology Business Partner for Category Management to bridge regional commercial teams with Data & Technology and shape a data-driven roadmap that unlocks sustainable retail growth and shopper activation.

You will partner with Category Leadership, Sales Strategy, and Analytics to drive planogram optimization, data insights, and modern MarTech initiatives while guiding change management and ensuring high adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in technology business partnership or related fields.
Strong understanding of Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and Retail Analytics processes.
Ability to translate complex business priorities into practical tech/data roadmaps; strong cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Data & Technology liaison for Category Management.
Enable category management with modern tools for assortment analysis, space & shelf optimization, and market intelligence.
Manage demand intake, build business cases, secure funding, and coordinate with Product Owners/Agile teams.
Champion self-service reporting and future AI/predictive analytics use cases with data teams.
Lead cross-functional alignment and drive change management to ensure ROI and adoption.
