Job summary

MemorialCare seeks a Director of Data and Technology to lead CRM administration, IT operations infrastructure, and data integration for MMCF. You will translate business needs into scalable data solutions, build reports, and drive data-driven decision making to support Long Beach Medical Center and related hospitals.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee Blackbaud suite, ensure data quality, manage user access, and coordinate with LBMC IT.

Qualifications

• Minimal 5 years CRM experience (NXT or similar fundraising CRM).
• At least 3 years creating and managing BI reports.
• Minimum 3 years data integrity management.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Sandbox environment management experience required.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI preferred.
• Fundraising or nonprofit sector experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance and CRM project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees CRM administration, IT operations and data integration.
• Defines platform roadmap, requirements, and user experience improvements.
• Ensures data integrity across CRM and related systems.
• Develops reports and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Provides training and expert guidance to MMCF staff.
• Collaborates with LBMC IT to support Epic data needs.
