CBH is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead Data Capture, Research Analytics and BI in a healthcare setting. You will drive analytics strategy, governance, and data quality across CBH's data infrastructure, partnering with Data Informatics to ensure robust analytics support.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare analytics leadership, mastery of R and SQL, and strong communication to translate complex insights into strategic actions. Philadelphia residency is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, Health Informatics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive analytics or data leadership experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience leading analytic teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in R and SQL, BI tools and data visualization.
• Understanding of behavioral health managed care, regulatory reporting, and quality measurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for CBH’s analytics functions: Data Capture, Research Analytics, and BI.
• Lead analytics strategy implementation, data governance, and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Oversee Data Capture, Research Analytics, and BI teams with a focus on data quality and governance.
• Drive development of BI dashboards, KPIs, and analytic tools aligned with CBH needs.
• Ensure timely, accurate regulatory and operational reporting and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and IT to align analytics with business needs.
• Mentor and develop managers and staff across analytics teams.
