• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate license, SaaS, service and resale contracts with sophisticated corporate entities.
• Collaborate with Fraud & Compliance and Digital Banking teams to provide practical contractual guidance.
• Provide legal advice on privacy and data regulations, compliance and governance.
• Monitor changes in privacy and data regulation to provide proactive updates on impacts.
• Work with compliance, risk, finance and business teams on legal issues.
