Partner Forces LLC is seeking a Data & Technology Analyst to support a Department of Homeland Security cybersecurity program. The role blends data analysis, reporting, visualization, and analytic product development with potential growth into broader technical PMO work.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly with customers, understand needs, and translate data and systems conversations into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and business analytics.
• Ability to develop dashboards and analytic products with storytelling skills.
• Experience working with customers or stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Exposure to Python or R; advanced programming not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate needs into solutions.
• Present findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting and automate processes where possible.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data and software initiatives.
• Support technical program management activities and documentation.
• Participate in discussions about databases, data schemas, and integrations.
• Contribute to data governance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Adapt to evolving program needs and new responsibilities.
