Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related IT discipline with 2 years of IT experience.
• Experience leading data teams and coordinating projects.
• Experience with data platforms and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a discipline-focused group of data professionals.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
• Provide clear communication around priorities, expectations, and deliverables.
• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and day-to-day coordination of work.
• Provide high-level technical guidance across Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, Collibra, and Power BI.
• Partner with technical leads and architects to uphold engineering standards, documentation practices, and data governance requirements.
• Ensure work aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and data quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and best-practice adoption.
