Job summary

Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, part of NYC Health + Hospitals, seeks an experienced leader to head the Data & Analytics reporting team. You will guide Epic reporting, build dashboards, and ensure validated, accurate data delivery across the organization.

The role focuses on data quality, standard definitions, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, applied math, business or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in data processing, computer systems and applications.
• Supervisory experience in Operations Specialty (5 years).
• Satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and business intelligence team to deliver data solutions.
• Oversee Epic reporting development including reporting workbench, slicerDicer, radar dashboards and saved templates.
• Validate all reports and dashboards before release with source verification.
• Coordinate between facility Data & Analytics and Central Office Data & Analytics.
• Apply certified definitions and maintain documentation for recurring reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, change control and adherence to security and HIPAA requirements.
• Provide self-service enablement and coaching for departmental users.
• Communicate progress and constraints to facility leadership and analysts.
