Job summary

Carisk Partners is seeking a Data & Systems Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and training for systems linked to the Department of Children and Families line of business. The role supports QA for software updates and uses a ticketing system for issue tracking.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of DCF PAM 155-2 data requirements, a solid understanding of the software development cycle, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or BS degree required.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Application Development or Business Technology.

Responsibilities

• Test code and applications to ensure proper functionality.
• Assist senior management in design/architectural decisions.
• Participate in meetings as requested.
• Track user issues and ensure resolution.
• Work on special projects for IT Management.
• Assist in monthly data submissions to DCF.
• Provide data reconciliation support.
• Test new features and updates in Carisk’s systems.
• Generate and distribute monthly client/provider reports.
• Manage user accounts and provide training.

Role Overview

The Data & Systems Support Analyst provides technical assistance, support and training to users of systems related to the Department of Children and Families/Managing Entities (ME) Line of Business. The position also supports the development team by providing QA for software updates. The position is expected to have experience in providing user support and working within a ticketing system. Understanding the Department of Children and Families data sets is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

• Test code and applications developed by other development team members to ensure proper functionality as per business requirements
• Assist senior management in making design and architectural decisions for business systems
• Participate in relevant meetings as requested
• Track issues reported by users and ensure resolution
• Work on special projects assigned by senior IT Management
• Assist in the monthly submission of data to DCF
• Provides support in data reconciliation tasks
• Responsible for testing new features and/or updates in Carisk’s systems
• Generates and distributes monthly reports to clients and providers
• User management and account creation
• Provide user training and TA

The pay range for this role is:

55,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Miami HQ Office)

55,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
