Job summary

CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield is seeking a data and systems analyst to provide standard system and data analysis, and assist with tools and technology implementations. The role includes coordinating building, documenting, and reviewing analysis methods and processes, and collaborating with internal and external teams to collect data.

The candidate will identify gaps, analyze data, and drive changes to applications, systems, and infrastructure to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years relevant system/technical analysis experience.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience: 3 years relevant system/technical analysis.

• Knowledge of application development, application/data architecture, Infrastructure, systems and processes.
• Knowledge of system analysis tools and techniques.

• Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

Salary Range: $64,944 - $128,986
