Job summary

The role partners with senior leadership, data stewards, and technical teams to prioritize projects, manage risk, and ensure timely adoption of changes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, with Power BI and Microsoft Office expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least three years of related experience in higher education or enterprise data/systems projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, data governance, and project governance.
• Proven ability to lead change management and training for system/process changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse campus stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide institutional project governance, prioritization, and resource planning for DSI initiatives.
• Lead change management and training plans to support system, data, and process changes.
• Coordinate with data stewards, vendors, and campus partners to ensure adoption and success.
• Establish standards for data definitions, ownership, documentation, and operational readiness.
