Job summary

LGG Industrial seeks an IT Manager (Data Systems) to lead the architecture, engineering, and governance of our EDW, Fabric, SharePoint Online, and Nintex automation. You will mentor a small team while hands‑on contributing to design and operations, ensuring trusted data delivery to business teams.

The role emphasizes secure integrations, data pipelines, and platform governance across data and collaboration environments, reporting to IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience across data engineering, data warehousing, database administration, enterprise integrations, SharePoint, or related platforms.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and Power BI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a data and SharePoint team; balance delivery with hands‑on work.
• Own EDW architecture, modernization, and ingestion/transformation patterns.
• Design, monitor, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines from ERP and other sources.
• Administer databases with security, performance, and recovery coordination.
• Drive secure integrations with Workday, Active Directory, SugarCRM, and Microsoft 365.
• Own SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and Nintex workflows.
