Job summary

GLS is seeking a Data Developer to build fast, scalable data systems and dashboards for internal and external partners. You will design ETL processes, populate the data warehouse, and deliver Power BI/SSRS reports from specifications and user needs.

We value initiative, collaboration, and a commitment to data quality, security, and governance while supporting a flexible, campus-recruiting pipeline for May 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with ETL, BI, or statistical analytics.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes to populate data warehouses.
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Power BI and SSRS.
• Improve data quality and system stability under governance guidance.
• Set up secure data exchanges and protect sensitive information.
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to enable insights.
• Automate manual data processes and optimize queries.
