Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, data analytics, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and business applications.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, Power BI, or data analysis platforms is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Analyze data from ERP, CRM, manufacturing, financial, and operational systems.
• Support data validation, migration, cleansing, and reporting initiatives.
• Identify trends, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, datasets, and reporting tools.
• Assist with ERP and business system implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, business applications, computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to hardware, software, email, file access, and connectivity.
• Assist with workstation deployment, user onboarding and offboarding, and account management.
• Document procedures, system configurations, and support activities.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve data quality, reporting, and business processes.
