Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Data Support Specialist / Data Analyst in Summit, NJ to support an organizational design initiative by capturing and validating organization structure data for downstream HR systems. You will partner with project Super Users and Design Leads to encode designs in data form and perform Excel-based analysis, cleansing, and transformation for data uploads to Workday and other systems.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience working with HR, workforce, or organizational data.
• Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, or HR transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Workday, including EIBs, data loads, and data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets.
