Job summary

eTeam is seeking a data-focused analyst to support an organizational design initiative by capturing, validating, and preparing organization structure data for downstream HR systems.

You will partner with Super Users and Design Leads to encapsulate designs in data form and perform Excel-based analysis, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accurate data for Workday uploads and other systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience working with HR, workforce, or organizational data.
• Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, or HR transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Workday, including EIBs, data loads, and data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets.
