Job summary

Jobgether SRL is hiring for a Technical Support/Data Analyst role. You will handle complex tickets, manage requests with SLA adherence, and extract and analyze data from multiple platforms to support incentives and campaigns.

You will design and maintain reports and Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, and collaborate across teams to validate outcomes and improve processes. Fully remote in Brazil with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Technical Support experience required with IT/software platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Excel and SQL for data tasks.
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, classification and SLA monitoring.
• Ability to validate data and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve medium- to high-complexity support tickets.
• Register, categorize, prioritize, and monitor requests with SLA adherence.
• Extract, process, combine, and analyze data across platforms.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Verify data integrity and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Collaborate with Campaigns and Mechanics teams on calculations.
• Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
