Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a data analytics professional to maintain learning analytics platforms and automate reporting processes. You will build and refine Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions, support Power Apps, and manage SharePoint sites, ensuring data quality and consistency across multiple data sources.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, KPI design, and documentation of technical workflows.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI development and administration.
• Experience designing dashboards and analytics portals.
• Strong data analytics and reporting knowledge.
• Experience with multiple data sources and data quality improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing learning analytics platforms to ensure reliable reporting services.
• Develop, administer, and refine Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions to meet business needs.
• Support Power Apps and manage SharePoint sites, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Integrate new data sources and streamline data flows for accurate reporting.
• Automate data collection and reporting to minimize manual work.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and validate outputs.
• Collaborate with Learning, Capability, and Reporting stakeholders to prioritize enhancements.
• Design and maintain KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Document architecture, workflows, and procedures for sustainability.
• Work independently in a remote, international environment with clear stakeholder communication.
