Job summary

Amber Charter Schools in Kingsbridge, WI is seeking a Data & Student Support Manager to serve as the primary contact for special populations compliance, coordinating services and supporting families. The role partners with the Assistant Principal, leads data analysis, roster management, and assessment administration to drive outcomes for all learners.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data systems like iReady and LinkIt and a commitment to equity.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating student assessments and services.
• Knowledge of special populations compliance and IEP/ELL processes.
• Proven ability to analyze data and present it to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house expert on data platforms, assessment tools, and reporting systems.
• Manage and maintain data platforms (setup, syncing, cleaning, updating).
• Coordinate and schedule administration of all academic assessments (NYSTP, iReady, ARA, etc.).
• Support School Leadership Team with data analysis and dashboards to inform decisions.
