Capco is seeking a visionary Data Strategy & Advisory Leader at Managing Principal level to shape the future of data in financial services. You will lead enterprise-wide data strategies for tier-one banks, insurers, and investment firms, unlocking data value and guiding governance, analytics, and AI adoption.

You will own transformation agendas, define propositions, lead complex consulting programs, mentor teams, and drive growth while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level consulting experience in financial services with a data strategy focus.
• Strong governance, analytics, and AI adoption experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise data transformations.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalise enterprise data strategies across banking, insurance, and investment sectors.
• Lead high-impact consulting engagements in data governance, literacy, quality, and analytics-driven decision making.
• Shape market propositions in data consulting, including AI and cloud-based platforms.
• Drive process modernisation from business analysis to implementation and optimisation.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and secure follow-on mandates.
• Scale data capabilities across internal teams and client organisations.
