Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) seeks a dynamic Advisor of Data Strategy and Governance to lead data governance, strategy, and analytics. You will work with the Data Strategy & Insights team and executive leadership to shape data standards, dashboards, and reporting that drive mission-critical decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic planning, and scalability across USAC’s data initiatives, with telework options noted as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant technical training.
• Five years of direct related experience.
• One year of business leadership experience.
• Six years overseeing operations and short-range planning.
• Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder communication.
• Analytical and presentation skills with data emphasis.
• Interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced data modeling and statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• PM/CDMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement USAC’s data strategy and governance framework.
• Collaborate with IT on data standards and quality metrics.
• Prepare formal reports and present findings to leadership.
• Guide analytics staff on data analytics and dashboards.
• Oversee data governance roadmap and implementation plans.
• Manage data team operations and procurement planning.
• Lead special projects and ensure timely delivery.
