Job summary

SC&H Group in Columbia, MD is seeking Staff Consultants to join our Data Strategy & Governance (DSG) practice. You will design and deploy data capabilities to drive decision-making and power key use cases for diverse client engagements.

You will work in a team-based environment, translate client strategy into technical requirements, and collaborate across data, technology, and analytics disciplines. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong academics.
• Ability to tackle complex problems and translate strategy into technical design.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical capabilities.
• Ability to manage time, work independently, and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-based environment delivering functional and technical solutions for clients.
• Support business development, thought leadership, recruiting, and training for DSG teams.
• Understand client strategy and translate into operational or technical requirements.
• Manage engagement plans and provide status updates to clients.
• Develop client deliverables and present findings clearly with supporting analysis.
• Travel as required to collaborate with clients and project teams.
