Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Manager for Enterprise Data Architecture & Engineering to shape the data landscape and lead modernization initiatives. You will drive enterprise-wide standards, Lakehouse strategies, and data product design in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

The role requires deep leadership across data platforms, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on scalable, trusted data for analytics, BI, and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience defining and implementing enterprise-scale data architecture strategies.
• Strong background in cloud-native data platforms, enterprise integration, and modern data ecosystems.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of enterprise-wide data architecture strategies.
• Develop roadmaps across data platforms, integrations, analytics environments, and reporting ecosystems.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
• Provide architecture leadership for cloud transformation and data platform initiatives.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and technical leaders while guiding governance activities.
