Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Strong ability to read schematics, BOMs and PCB layouts.
• Experience with Failure Analysis and 8D processes.
• ESD-controlled environment experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and root-cause analysis for VES products.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality on corrective actions.
• Provide training for level 1 and 2 debug staff as needed.
• Support RMA testing and repairs; assist with calibration schedules.
