Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. You will bridge business and technical teams to define standards, validate accuracy, and maintain metadata across ERP, CRM, and data warehouse systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document data lineage and usage guidelines, and support governance policies. The role emphasizes robust data quality, reporting integrity, and proactive data stewardship across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in executing periodic data audits and validation exercises.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support the development, documentation, and enforcement of enterprise data governance policies.
• Document data lineage, ownership, definitions, and usage guidelines.
• Ensure metadata remains current as systems, processes, and reporting requirements evolve.
• Support users in understanding available data assets and business definitions.
• Serve as a trusted resource for data-related questions and definitions.
