Zusammenfassung

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure quality, governance, and accuracy of enterprise data assets across ERP, CRM, and data warehouse systems. You will define standards, validate data, document lineage, and support governance initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts and process owners to maintain metadata, drive data quality, and enable reliable reporting using Power BI/Tableau while leveraging SQL and MDM concepts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business systems, master data management, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with business data and reporting processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Dynamics, SyteLine, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworks.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
• Experience documenting business processes and data definitions.

Aufgaben

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in executing periodic data audits and validation exercises.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support governance policies.
• Document data lineage, ownership, definitions, and usage guidelines.
• Ensure metadata remains current as systems evolve.
• Support users in understanding available data assets and definitions.
• Serve as a trusted resource for data-related questions.
