Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 2 years of analysis, product owner, and/or consulting experience regarding data.
• 2 years of experience with lenders or data companies, with data management knowledge.
• Strong ability to develop data-driven solutions to meet business objectives.
• Familiarity with cloud and on-prem technologies and with structured, unstructured, streaming data.
• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Looker, BigQuery, Tableau) and cloud/desktop suites.

Responsibilities

• Understands processes within the data pipeline, supports at least 1 or more key processes within the data pipeline.
• Participates in and contributes to initiatives that improve business use of the data.
• Understands data governance properties (lineage, taxonomy, compliance, quality, privacy) and supports a governance practice.
• Creates documentation materials about the data and has a good understanding of data modeling.
• Understands key data metrics, suggests optimization efforts.
• Participates in new data initiatives
