Software Resources has an immediate, direct hire for a Senior Business Data Governance Analyst in Phoenix, AZ. This on-site role requires 3+ years in data analytics and governance with strong SQL, Tableau/Power BI skills. You will bridge business and tech teams, drive data quality and provide visuals for stakeholders.

The position emphasizes data governance, analytics, and collaboration across enterprise data stores, with a focus on delivery and governance within Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with data analysis tools and data visualization platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and data profiling/wrangling tools preferred.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, catalog and lineage is a plus.
• Ability to present findings clearly from large datasets.

• Create data visuals using Power BI to explain recommendations.
