AltaMed Health Services Corporation seeks a Specialist, Data (PACE) to collect, analyze, and report data for PACE participants. You will interact with CMS and DHCS to submit data and address complex data issues, shaping revenue flow and service quality.

The role requires collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure data integrity and informed leadership decisions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years with CMS/DHCS, strong Excel/Access skills, and bilingual Spanish/Chinese preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with CMS, DHCS, or in health care settings.
• Minimum 2 years of using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish/Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data for PACE participants.
• Interact with CMS and DHCS to submit required data and resolve data issues.
• Identify key service metrics affecting quality, retention, and utilization.
• Consolidate reports and analyze data to guide management and leadership.
