Job summary

Inspire11 is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Chicago-based team. You will partner with clients to design data-driven strategies, develop end-to-end analytics solutions, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on model development, deployment to cloud environments, and collaboration with design and engineering teams. Ideal candidates have at least two years in Data Science, proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience delivering scalable data science

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Data Science experience.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Experience seeing through a data science project from scoping to solution.
• Fundamental knowledge of probability, hypothesis testing, research design, and ML algorithms.
• Experience communicating results visually.
• Experience deploying models into a cloud environment.
• Experience building applications that leverage GenAI/LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses to understand and explain business problems and utilize standard analysis skills.
• Create clear and actionable Data Science roadmaps and supporting business cases.
• Communicate Data Science methodologies to non-technical audiences.
• Work with digital design and engineering practices on end-to-end solutions.
• Identify the right data science and machine learning solution for the client’s problem.
