Job summary

BEST FOOT FORWARD SOLUTION SERVICES LLC is seeking a Data Solutions Analyst to design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines powering decisions across Operations and client reporting. You will automate workflows, build semantic models, and deliver scalable data products using Fabric, Power BI, and Power Apps.

The role emphasizes transforming manual processes into automated, governed data solutions and partnering with stakeholders to meet reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Fabric, including Dataflows and Notebooks for API ingestion.
• Strong skills in Power BI reporting, semantic modeling, and DAX.
• Experience automating Excel processes with Power Automate.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• BS degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL processes and data solutions.
• Migrate manual reporting to automated Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into governed data models.
• Develop semantic models for enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
• Create Power Apps and other apps to streamline business workflows.
• Lead data reports on Operations and call center activity to identify trends.
• Maintain SQL logic for data extraction and reporting layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor scalable data solutions.
