Job summary

TechOp Solutions International, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the U.S. CBP Power Platform team by building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and refining Excel, SharePoint, and SQL data structures feeding these dashboards.

You will develop ETL processes to move data from legacy sources to modern databases, replace legacy ETL tools with Power Automate, and present insights to leadership with clear visuals.

Qualifications

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources into Power BI dashboards to display actionable insights to leadership and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Perform detailed analysis of datasets using Excel and other analytical tools to derive actionable insights.
• Manage Excel, SharePoint, and SQL database structures that store data fed to the Power BI dashboards.
• Present findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, using Excel and Power BI.
• Extract, transform, and load data from legacy databases such as Excel, SharePoint, and Access Databases to modernized databases.
• Replace ETL technology such as R-Studio and Informatica with Power Automate.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate proficiency with SQL
• Beginner proficiency with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDMS) architecture and database administration
