Job summary

TechOp Solutions International, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the U.S. CBP Power Platform team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, refining Excel/SharePoint/SQL data structures, and creating ETL processes to move data from legacy sources to modern databases.

You will operate with a strong analytical mindset, migrating data and ensuring data quality for leadership insights, with a user base of 10,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Experience building Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for leadership teams.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and SQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data migration across legacy to modern systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources into Power BI dashboards to display actionable insights to leadership and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Perform detailed analysis of datasets using Excel and other analytical tools to derive actionable insights
• Manage Excel, SharePoint, and SQL database structures that store data fed to the Power BI dashboards
• Present findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, using Excel and Power BI
• Extract, transform, and load data from legacy databases such as Excel, SharePoint, and Access Databases to modernized databases
• Replace ETL technology such as R-Studio and Informatica with Power Automate
