Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services seeks an experienced Power BI Developer with hands-on data engineering to design and deliver governed VA/VHA data solutions in the Corporate Data Warehouse context. You will own end-to-end data modeling, ingestion, transformation, and report development, ensuring maintainable, performant, and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse modeling, screen/form design, Power Fx, and data connections to Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL-based sources.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models against VA/VHA data sources.
• Author robust data models with star-schema design and documented DAX measures.
• Configure row-level security, gateways, and deployment pipelines; optimize performance.
• Build scalable data pipelines and data validation within pipelines and enable monitoring.
