Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect to partner with sales and pre-sales to drive pipeline, revenue, and product direction. You will become a trusted advisor for customers, translating business needs into scalable data solutions and enabling revenue growth.

In this role you’ll work with cutting-edge data platforms, design reference architectures, and coach teams on complex opportunities while influencing the product roadmap and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience with data platforms and analytics
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation
• Ability to design multi-entity and multi-currency reporting
• Experience with BI/analytics platforms
• Hands-on with data warehousing and data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe's Data products to accelerate opportunities
• Demonstrate understanding of data warehouses and data pipelines across Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and Databricks
• Conduct discovery of customers' data architecture to architect aligned solutions
• Advise on multi-entity and multi-currency reporting and BI/ERP integrations
• Create reference architectures and reusable assets for sales and pre-sales
• Drive opportunities for large customers and manage key relationships
• Voice of the Customer to influence product roadmap
• Identify trends and provide insights to product and sales teams
• Escalation point to resolve complex technical issues with engineering
• Represent technical health on quarterly forecast calls and unblock deals
• Support marketing events and executive engagements
