Job summary

Inspire11 seeks a Data Solution Owner to lead cross‑functional teams delivering data, analytics, and AI solutions that create measurable client value. You will balance architecture, governance, storytelling, and innovation to drive outcomes.

You’ll guide data modernization, ensure governance and security, and mentor analysts, engineers, and architects while embedding AI/ML into practical use cases for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading data/analytics projects in consulting or enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, cloud data warehousing, ELT/ETL, DataOps/DevOps.
• Hands-on with Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery.
• Familiar with AI/ML concepts and practical applications.
• Proficient in project/program management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals, delivery timelines, and budget targets.
• Mentor cross-functional teams of analysts, engineers, and architects, guiding delivery quality and collaboration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating with clarity and shaping strategic roadmaps with data-driven insights.
• Translate client needs into actionable strategies and delivery plans through business analysis and data profiling.
• Oversee architecture and delivery across SQL, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and BI tools.
• Drive delivery using Agile or hybrid approaches and manage backlog, risk, scope, and team velocity.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to modernize environments, integrating GenAI, automation, and analytics capabilities.
• Champion innovation, helping clients build AI literacy and embed AI/ML into use cases.
