Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Data Product Owner to drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data products within the Investment Services Data Domain.

Translate business needs into scalable, governed data products to support reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled use cases. The role oversees full lifecycle, from intake to governance and continuous improvement, and may contribute to prototyping foundational data capabilities to accelerate delivery and ensure consistency across the

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for data products.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and backlogs.
Lead intake, prioritization, and roadmap discussions balancing value, dependencies, risk, and capacity.
Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and governance teams to deliver scalable data products.
Champion data-as-a-product, including governance, metadata, lineage, and lifecycle management.
Drive adoption via stakeholder engagement, metrics, and feedback to improve business outcomes.
Support the evolution of gold data products to improve consistency and reuse across teams.
Identify opportunities to standardize and modernize data assets and reporting, including cloud migration.
