Job summary
Allegis Group is seeking an IS Manager to lead the Data Services team within Global Enterprise Applications and Data. This hands-on technical manager will steer data lake, data warehouse, and related platforms, while aligning with agile practices to deliver scalable, reliable data services to business users.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience with Data, Data Management and/or Data Analytics and modern cloud/on-prem data platforms.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, Matillion, Qlik, Informatica.
- Experience with Python and scripting for automation.
- Experience in offshore/onshore collaboration and SAFe agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Acts as technology owner for Data Services products and platforms, partnering with Product Owners and Sponsors.
- Leads delivery across data platforms ensuring production readiness and reliability.
- Manages data operations, including data lake/warehouse design, upgrades, and security.
- Provides transparency on delivery plans and escalates issues as needed.
- Drives process improvements and KPI reporting for platform health.
