Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking Data Management Senior Analysts to lead data workstreams on complex implementations. You will collect, validate, and analyze large data sets from Client, Supplier and Internal sources, while performing ETL and data quality checks in the VMS system.

You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure data standards and governance across programs. Strong Excel skills and 4+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience doing data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (proficiency with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, charts and graphs).
• Proven Experience managing data.
• Excellent Attention to detail.
• Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written to internal and external customers.
• Experience with data entry, analyzing information, decision making, organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse team of resources from AGS, our Technology Partners, our Clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead data workstream for complex implementation projects using AGS tools.
• Collect, interpret and analyze large data sets from various sources.
• Perform ETL to scrub final data sets and upload into VMS.
• Quality audit of peer and team data sets.
• Present status in weekly client-facing calls and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and enable training on data processes.
• Ensure data standards and governance across programs.
